This is a flock of some kind of Tern. Royal or Elegant is my guess they were white and black with orange beak, But we could not get any closer. Low tide and rocks

This orchid was a gift from Lynn (my sister) . I have been waiting weeks for it to open.

I photographed it in my new light box. Its built from a large cardboard packing box  I still need to work on the light source, I'm not happy with the color. 

This little orchid has recovered from a snail attack

passion flower vine

I have added a passion flower to my garden to attract butterflies. Its working I just hope its not too popular. I want some flowers for myself!!
